On behalf of the staff, governors and children, I would like to warmly welcome you to Watford Field School Infant and Nursery. We hope you find our website informative and helpful. We are committed to providing a safe, caring and inspiring environment where every child is encouraged to grow, learn and thrive.
As partners in your child’s learning journey, we place great importance on supporting both academic achievement and personal development, ensuring each child has the very best start to their education. We invite you to explore our website to discover key information, useful resources and updates about the exciting learning experiences we offer.
We are a two-form entry school located in the heart of Watford town centre, with classes from Nursery through to Year 2 and approximately 230 children on roll. Our school is an integral part of our diverse community with the majority of our children living within a 10 minute walk. Our Nursery provides both full-time and part-time places, offering flexible, high-quality early years provision within a warm and nurturing setting.
Our strong ethos is centred on delivering high-quality teaching and learning so that all children can reach their full potential. We are proud to offer a school environment that is nurturing, caring and personal, with a close-knit, family feel that supports children and families alike.
Children at Watford Field understand the importance of respect and take pride in their work. The school provides a calm, purposeful atmosphere where learning can flourish. Personal development, behaviour and wellbeing are key strengths of our school, and our children are a true credit to our community.
Whether you are already part of our school family or are considering enrolling your child, please do not hesitate to contact the school office for further information. We are always happy to support families and share more about what makes Watford Field School Infant and Nursery such a special place to learn.
